Native WhatsApp Payment for BRL Accounts
For workspaces with a Brazilian payment account (BRL), NicoChat lets you send a payment request or a detailed order directly in the WhatsApp conversation, using the buttons.

How to use
- In the Flow Builder, use the WhatsApp order/e-commerce action to assemble the items and the total value.
- Select the Brazilian payment options you want to make available to the customer.
- The customer receives the detailed order inside the WhatsApp conversation itself and chooses the payment method.
Important
- Available only for payment accounts configured in BRL.
- WhatsApp does not automatically reconcile the payment with the order — confirming or clearing the payment must be handled by your internal process or by your gateway.
