AI Analytics by Agent, Task and Prompt
This dashboard shows the same metrics as the AI Usage report, but lets you isolate the performance of a specific AI Agent, AI Task or Prompt.
Steps to access:
- In your channel, go to Statistics.
- Select AI Agents, AI Tasks or Prompts in the left-hand menu (each one has its own report).
- Use the dropdown at the top of the page to filter by a specific agent, task or prompt.
Available metrics (per selected agent/task/prompt)
- Status: successful vs. failed calls.
- Usage by provider: which AI provider is being used by that agent/task/prompt.
- Average response time.
- Token consumption (input/output/total).
What it is for
- Compare the performance of different AI Agents against each other.
- Identify which Task or Prompt is consuming the most tokens or failing the most.
- Adjust the configuration (model, provider, prompt) based on real usage data.
