You first need to set up all the short names in NicoChat.
After setting up the short name in NicoChat, you can select and use these ready-made responses in the mobile app (notes, chat, email, SMS).
In the live chat conversation window, you can also update the email or the phone number, and hide the messages from the bot.
If you hide the messages from the bot, only the live conversations with the contacts are shown; all the conversations handled by the bot are hidden.
