WooCommerce Webhook
WooCommerce integrates natively with NicoChat to provide webhook triggers. These triggers are fired whenever an event happens in the WooCommerce store, whether through an API or directly from the store.

Order Creation
This trigger is fired whenever an order is created in a WooCommerce store, whether through an API or directly from the store.

}Contact creation using triggers
NicoChat identifies the information that comes in the trigger payload and matches it against the existing contacts. If there is a match, the flow is executed for that contact. If the contact is not found, it is created with the information that comes in the payload.
If both email and phone are available, the contact will be created on the Web channel. If only the email is available, the contact will still be created on the Web channel. If only the phone is available, the contact will be created on the WhatsApp channel.
If the minimum information required above does not come in the payload, the trigger will not be able to identify or create a contact and therefore will not be fired.
