Set User Menu
Set User Menu is a good way to provide shortcuts in your chatbot. Instead of making the user go through each flow, we can use this function to take them straight to the flow they want.
How do you set this up?
Go to Content >> Menus >> + New Menu.
Give your menu a name and click “+Add Menu Item”.
Add the menu title, choose a SubFlow and click Save. That is where the user will be sent when the menu is triggered.
Back in your flow, choose the menu you want to appear.
