Add note to teammates

A note to teammates can be used as a reminder. In the example below, whenever the User selects the Refund option, the agent receives the notes from the bot with the instruction/warning. Note that these notes are not visible to bot users.

The note appears on the LiveChat screen, and the agent can also write notes by clicking Note, at the bottom of the screen.
