Viber Limitations
1- Location
The location sharing option is only available on mobile phones, not on computers.
2- File
The file sent by the user goes to Viber, and NicoChat receives the URL of that file. You cannot use this URL in "Send Message - File", because the Viber link is not a direct link to the file.
As an alternative, to send the file back to the user, you can use "Send Message - Text" to display the link: the user taps the link to download the file.
3- Send Message
- For each: the JSON must be less than 2,000 characters.
- E-commerce: the JSON must be less than 2,000 characters, so depending on the size of the information for each product, you may not be able to list 10 products per page (try 5 or 6 per page).
