We received a notice from our infrastructure provider about a critical security update on Linux servers. To ensure the security of our systems and of your data.
This maintenance is preventive and planned, to avoid greater risks in the future. For that reason, we ask that you get organized in advance, especially if you have paid traffic campaigns or activities that depend on continuous availability.
- Window 1: September 29, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Brasília time)
- Window 2: September 30, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Brasília time)
During these periods, the servers will be restarted in random order.
- Brief outages: each restart may cause 5 to 10 minutes of instability.
- Extended risk period: the outages may happen at any time within the window.
- Platform temporarily unavailable: chatbots, APIs, webhooks and the database may go offline briefly.
To minimize impact, we recommend that, during the windows above, you:
- Pause advertising campaigns that depend on immediate responses
- Schedule sends and automations outside of this period whenever possible
- Inform clients and internal teams to avoid surprises
Our team and the provider's team will be following the entire maintenance in real time to ensure stability after the restarts. Although it is unlikely, there is a chance of small delays in database synchronization, but everything will be monitored closely.
