NicoVibe

NicoVibe is NicoChat's AI assistant, available from the floating icon on any screen of the platform. It answers questions about your account and the product and, for selected customers, it also plans and executes automations.

Modes

Dúvidas — available to all eligible customers. It only answers questions, it does not make changes.
Plan (beta) — plans and designs an automation, without executing it.
Build (beta) — executes the actions in your NicoChat, always asking for confirmation first.

Note

If you are not part of the beta testers group, the Plan and Build modes appear locked with a padlock and a button to join the waiting list via WhatsApp.

Response levels

Three model "intelligence" options, with different credit usage:

Fast — faster and more economical
Smart (recommended) — adapts to the complexity of the problem
Expert — most capable, and also the one that consumes the most credits

The Dúvidas mode does not use this selector.

Context, attachments and commands

Select context ("@" icon) — attaches specific channels, subflows and AI agents to the conversation
Attach image
Record audio — automatically transcribed to text
Command palette ("/" icon) — /brainstorm, /plan, /build, /fix, /check

Your conversations are saved in a history sidebar. When it is opened inside another screen (e.g. the flow editor), NicoVibe appears as a compact side panel, without the history sidebar.

Credit usage

Attention

Each message or task consumes credits (see NicoVibe Credits). There is a safety cap of 100 credits per task. A zero balance does not block the history — it only disables sending new messages.
