Customizing Your Domain - NicoPartner

At app.nicopartners.com, go to Domains in the side menu. When you add a new domain (Adicionar Domínio button), it comes in with the status "Pendente de Personalização" and the customization screen opens automatically.

Page renamed and rewritten: the old "Formulário de Onboarding" (an external form plus a wait of up to 7 business days for Support to implement it) was replaced by a customization screen inside the app itself, with real-time preview. The old link to this page still works.

Where to customize

At app.nicopartners.com, go to Domains in the side menu. When you add a new domain (Adicionar Domínio button), it comes in with the status "Pendente de Personalização" and the customization screen opens automatically. Existing domains can also be reopened at any time through the Personalizar button on the domain card.

Note
Each account is limited to 1 custom domain. The "Adicionar Domínio" button is disabled once that limit is reached.

Available fields

Identity and texts

  • Title and Description — they appear in the browser tab and when the link is shared.
  • System name and language of the login screen.
  • Field and button texts: email and password labels/placeholders, login button text, "remember me" text, "forgot my password" text and sign-up text.

Brand (logo and favicon)

The system's default theme is dark, and the logo appears over a dark blue background (#192339). Upload the image with no background to preserve visual quality. Recommended logo proportion: 100px wide by 40px high. The favicon must also have no background.

Login screen

  • Form position — left, center or right. In the center position, the background image fills the whole screen and the form can be semi-transparent; on the sides, the background image is centered on the opposite side from the form.
  • Fund — solid color or image (with the option to disable the background image). In a side position, we recommend using a color AND a transparent/borderless image, since the image does not fill the entire side.
  • Login form color — with adjustable opacity when the position is centered, which lets you show more or less of the background image behind the form.
  • Text color and button color (background and text) — choose colors with adequate contrast.

All changes have real-time preview before you save.

What happens when you save

When you save, the app records the customization and automatically triggers the integration with NicoChat (applying the colors/logo/texts to the whitelabel account). If this integration completes successfully, the domain moves to the status "Active"; if it fails, the domain stays in "Pendente de Aprovação" and it may be necessary to contact Support for a manual review.

Excerpt from the previous version of this page, not yet reconfirmed: email customization (your own SMTP for the access and password recovery emails) would be contracted separately. Confirm the current flow with Nicola before publishing this as final — today the custom SMTP appears available directly on the Domains screen, subject to the contracted plan.
