VideoSdk

To connect your VideoSdk account, open Integrations in the left-hand menu of the main dashboard. Then select VideoSdk in the list.

You will see that you need two credentials:

• API Key
• Secret

How to fetch your credentials

Log in to your VideoSdk account and open the API keys section. Copy the API key and the secret from that page.

Then go back to your NicoChat workspace and paste in these two credentials. If everything is correct, a verified status message will appear in the top right corner.

How to use VideoSdk in your chatbot

Now that your account is connected, you can use it in any chatbot, on any channel.

Inside a flow, create an action block and choose Integrations -› VideoSdk.

You will see the following pop-up screen:

Fill in all the information and click the blue button named Save. You will be able to share the meeting URL with the participant and with the agent who will conduct the meeting.
