Make / Integromat
Make (formerly Integromat), like Zapier, is an automation platform that lets you connect to hundreds of third-party software tools.
To integrate Make with your workspace, you only need to follow a few steps.
In your dashboard, go to Integrations in the left-hand menu. Then select Integromat (the internal name of the integration still uses "Integromat", even though the platform is now called Make).
From here, press the button mentioned in step 3, called Start Integromat Integration.
How to add NicoChat to your Make account
After pressing the button above, you will be taken to a web page. If you are signed in to your Make account, the app will be added and you can start using it.
How to use Make
Once it has been added, you can create a new scenario. Search for the Chatbot App app; it should already appear.
After adding the app to the scenario, you will have access to different triggers and actions.
If we want to create a tag, for example, we will need to connect to our NicoChat chatbot.
Enter your API Key and press the Continue button.
Once connected, you can set up your entire automation in Make.
Available triggers
In addition to the actions (such as creating/removing a tag, updating a field, etc.), Make also offers NicoChat triggers, which automatically fire a scenario from events in your channel — for example, when a new message is received or a new contact is created. Use these triggers to start automations in Make without needing a watcher or manual polling.
