Installation and Configuration of the NicoApp

Get Credentials in Eduzz:

• Go to Eduzz, open "Ferramentas" and select "APIs".
• Generate a new API credential, fill in the form with the required information and copy the API data provided.

Install the NicoApp:

• In NicoChat, go to the "NicoApps" section.
• Select and install the most recent version available for Eduzz (e.g. 1.0, 1.2).

Webhook Configuration

Create a Webhook in NicoChat:

• In "Tools", go to "Webhooks".
• Create a new Webhook, name it "Eduzz" and copy the URL provided.

Register the Webhook in Eduzz:

• In Eduzz, go to "Ferramentas" and then "Webhooks".
• Register a new Webhook, enter the copied URL and select the events you want for the integration.

Practical Use and Automation

Eduzz Actions:

• Create SubFlows in NicoChat to manage specific actions such as cart abandonment and other Eduzz-related automations.
• Use the configured Webhooks to trigger automatic actions based on specific events, such as the deletion of an invoice or the abandonment of a cart.

Automations and Triggers:

• Add Eduzz event triggers to start automations based on user actions, such as the creation of invoices or the abandonment of carts.
• Set up customizable fields, such as the cart opening date and the lead ID, to be saved and used in future automations.
