Use this feature to broadcast messages to your users! Just a few settings needed.

Use this feature to broadcast messages to your users! Just a few settings needed.

Open "Broadcasts" in the left sidebar and click "+ New Broadcast".

To set up:

give the broadcast a title (for you, not for users)
select a SubFlow
add conditions to filter who will receive the broadcast message

Note

TIP — to send to all users, try this condition: "If User Id has any value".

Fill in the remaining settings, such as message type and time to send, and click "Save".

If you choose "Now" in the schedule, the message will be sent as soon as you click "Save". Otherwise, you can cancel the broadcast at any time before it is sent.

This is also where you check broadcast history and data.

Sending limit (users per minute)

To preserve delivery quality and avoid blocks from the channels (especially WhatsApp and Facebook), broadcasts are sent in a staggered way, respecting a maximum limit of users per minute instead of sending everything at once. This makes delivery look more like a human send and reduces the risk of the channel marking the messages as spam.

This sending pace is managed automatically by the platform — you do not need to configure anything manually to enable it.
