How can I join the NicoChat affiliate program?
You are already in it: every NicoChat account is an affiliate account and earns 10% to 30% of everything each referral pays for 12 months.
There is no sign-up and no approval. Every NicoChat account already has Refer and Earn switched on: open Refer and Earn in your dashboard, copy your referral link and start referring.

The tier goes up on its own as soon as your accumulated revenue passes the threshold, and it applies to the commissions that follow. Your current tier is shown in Refer and Earn. Campaigns and negotiated rates, when they exist, replace the tier while they are active — in that case the screen shows Your commission instead of Your tier.
For 12 months counted from the date the referral created their account — not from the date of their first purchase.
- Within those 12 months, every purchase earns commission: the first one, each monthly or yearly renewal, add-ons, top-ups, a repurchase after cancelling and even a new subscription for another workspace owned by the same person.
- After 12 months, that referral's later purchases no longer generate commission.
- Plans, add-ons and NicoZap: commission on every renewal, while the 12-month window is open.
- NicoVibe and credit purchases: a single commission, at the time of purchase.
- If your referral used your coupon on that payment, the commission is yours — even if they arrived through another affiliate's link.
- With no coupon on the payment, the link that registered their sign-up counts.
- The coupon counts per payment and is not stored: if they do not use the coupon on the renewal, that commission goes back to whoever holds the link.
- With no link and no coupon there is no commission. The referral is recorded at sign-up; there is no way to attach someone afterwards.
- The minimum is R$ 100 in available balance. Below that, the balance stays approved and rolls over to the next payment — nothing expires.
- PayPal: give the e-mail of the account that will receive the money.
- NicoChat credit: give the workspace. Credit pays 20% more than the cash amount and has no minimum.
- Payment is made manually by the finance team, and the receipt is recorded on the batch.
The method is recorded when the batch is assembled: changing it later applies to the following payments, not to the ones already created.
If your referral is refunded or disputes the charge, the commission for that payment is undone:
- A commission still in the holding period is cancelled.
- A commission that is already approved or paid becomes a negative entry, which is deducted from your balance right away and settled on the next payment.
- A partial refund only deducts the proportional part.
- Your balance can go negative; while it is, there is no payment. It goes back up with the commissions that follow.
- Refunded revenue also comes off your accumulated tier revenue and can drop your tier. The effect is from that point on: commissions already recorded are not recalculated.
- You cannot refer yourself: a purchase made by the affiliate does not earn commission.
- Do not share your link or your coupon on official NicoChat channels — the community, support groups and comments on NicoChat content.
- One payment at a time: while a batch is open, another one is not started.
Breaking the rules leads to the commission being cancelled or the affiliate account being blocked. A blocked affiliate earns no commission, by link or by coupon.
