Current version of the dynamic block API: v1. The dynamic block accepts a maximum of 10 messages in the messages block, 11 quick replies and 5 actions. The "buttons", "actions" and "quick_replies" properties are optional.
In channels that support replying to a specific message (for example, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok), you can include the reply_to_mid field in a message so that it appears as a direct reply to a specific previous message, instead of a loose message in the conversation flow.
{
"type": "text",
"text": "Aqui está a resposta ao que você perguntou",
"reply_to_mid": "ID_DA_MENSAGEM_ORIGINAL"
}In addition to the "node" button type (which points to a block/node of the flow), the dynamic block also supports:
- URL — opens an external link.
- Call (phone) — starts a call to a specified number.
Images sent via the dynamic block can be in JPG, PNG and GIF format. In channels that support multiple images per message (such as Facebook), you can send more than one image in the same dynamic message.
